Tankless water heating savings

We had a customer send us an email the other day about how cheap his gas bill has gotten since he installed his tankless water heater. Here is a copy of what he sent to us.

Dear Scott,
     I hope you and your company are staying busy in this slow economy. I just got
my latest gas bill from Questar Gas.We set a new record low for the monthly
fuel bill. You know already that we conserve a lot in our home, but there is
always room for improvement. And the tankless water heater you put in last
spring is great. Our fuel bill for August of this year was $10.01, and $5.00 of
that was for the service charge. I enclosed a copy of our new low bill for you
to look at, and you can use it for advertising for your company if you want to.
